Our services include custom digital solutions such as web development, mobile applications, digital marketing, branding, SEO, and related IT services. Due to the nature of these services, most work is customized and non-returnable.

2. Service Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• If the project has not yet started
• If cancellation is requested before initial design or development work begins
• If there is a failure on our part to deliver agreed services (as per contract)

Once work has started, partial refunds may be considered based on completed work, resources used, and time invested.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once initiated:

• Website development and custom software projects
• Mobile app development
• SEO and digital marketing campaigns
• Branding and creative design work
• Third-party software, hosting, or license costs

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a project by contacting us in writing. Cancellation approval depends on project stage and work completed.

Any work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed accordingly.

5. Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice or payment date. We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably.

6. Third-Party Costs

Any costs paid to third-party providers (domains, hosting, plugins, ads, APIs, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
