If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on administrative or setup costs already incurred.
If work has already begun, the client will be billed for all completed work, time invested, and resources used up to the cancellation point. Any remaining balance (if applicable) may be refunded after evaluation.
