Positioning a Dubai Civil Defence-Approved Fire Protection Company for Growth
How WOT Innovation built Novosafe a corporate website that turns regulatory credibility into enquiries for AMC contracts, installations and fire-safety products.

The Challenge
Fire-safety buyers are driven by compliance. Facility managers need to confirm Dubai Civil Defence approval, NFPA and UAE Fire Code alignment and certification before they call. Novosafe had the credentials and government clients including DHA, MOH, DEWA and Dubai Municipality, but no digital presence that communicated them, so it depended on referrals.
Our Solution
WOT built a fast Next.js corporate site structured around how buyers evaluate a fire-protection partner: approvals first, then services, products and sectors. Service pages cover extinguisher servicing, annual maintenance contracts, system design and commissioning, marine fire safety and fit-out works. A product catalogue lists DCD-approved alarm, suppression and extinguisher ranges, and every page carries a clear path to a quote or emergency call.

Website Build
Next.js site with optimised imagery, service pages and a product catalogue.

What We Delivered
The Results
Novosafe now has a credible digital front door that leads with its Dubai Civil Defence approval and government track record. Enquiries for maintenance contracts and installations arrive through the site rather than referrals alone, and the product catalogue supports its trading and distribution arm.
