Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WOT Innovation website (wotinnovation.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Solutions
WOT Innovation provides digital agency services including web development, app development, e-commerce, cloud management, branding, SEO, social media, and custom integrations. The scope, pricing, and timeline of any specific engagement is governed by the project proposal and agreement signed between WOT Innovation and the client.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, graphics, logos, and code - is the property of WOT Innovation and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables specified in their project agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging WOT Innovation are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to required systems or assets. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines and will not be treated as delays on the part of WOT Innovation.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month. WOT Innovation reserves the right to suspend work on projects with overdue invoices.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOT Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid by that client in the preceding 12 months.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two years.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
